This is
my first metal project. It's a copper cuff bracelet that has been
hammer textured
and given a sulfer patina.
This is
my first try at sawing. It is made out of brass and has
been smoothed
with files and sandpaper.
I got into
sawing after making the god pendant, so I started a sequence
of leaves.
This first one is made out of brass. I put this one and the
copper one
in my hair with bobby pins.
Here's the
next in the leaf sequence. Made out of copper and left
with the
fire scale colors from annealing.
This is
the most recent leaf project. It's not yet finished.
The leaf
is made out of brass and the twig is copper. I'm going
to solder
on another short twig piece and several smaller brass leaves.
