KraftWerk

I was introduced to Kraftwerk a few years ago, ever since, I have loved almost every single musical piece they have done. I now have eight of there albums.

Tour De France
Man Machine and Mensch Machine
Radioactivity
Trans Europe Express
The Mix
Electric Cafe
Expo Remix
and a mix CD Richard Ellwood gave to me

These guys are some of the founders of the electronic Genre, way back in germany in like 1972 or something. Many of there songs have a pretty cool beat, and sometimes pretty quarky melodies. Hey, after all, its 70's and 80's electronic.

I was first introduced to TMBG in 2003, my english teacher gave me a burned album he had becuase he thought I would like it. As it turns out, he was right. TMBG have some of the oddest lyrics I have heard in music, some of there songs do make more sense than others however. The tunes are catchy, and they range from really slow moving to fast. I do not know what genre of music they really fall into, becuase much of there music seems to jump around from genre to genre. I know most people will probably find them not to there liking, but if you like ridiculuos yet clever lyrics, and like people who know how to rock on an accordion, these people are for you. The albums I currently have of theirs is.

The Spines
Indestructible Object
Mink Car
And Dial a Number

They Might Be Giants

Yann Tiersen
I have no idea how I originally came across this artist. For most people who know of Yann Tiersen, probably know becuase they have seen the movie Amelie. I have not scene this movie, but from what I hear, it is supposed to be really good. If you here his music, without knowing anything about it. Anybody in there right mind would be able to tell that this guy is French. In this specific musical case, being French is not a bad thing like it normally is. The albums I currently own, I rate them all "good".

Amélie Original Soundtrack
Le Phare
Rue des Cascades
Les Retrouvailles

Well, the name depends on which you prefer. A sex change can screw around with perspective. Anyway, He She did the music to Clockwork Orange. Beethoven and William Tell on a Moog! What is not to love?

Walter/Wendy Carlos
