Chili
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 cans beans, rinsed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili pounder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Sauté oil, onion, and turkey.
- Add everything else and stir.
- Simmer, covered, for 2 hours.
