This is a lower-fat version of my mother's recipe.
Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients
- 16 graham crackers (squares)
- 3/8 C melted butter
- 2 8-ounce packages light cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Oven: 350
- Crush crackers, combine with butter, and press into 8-inch pie plate.
- Combine cream cheese, eggs, 1 T vanilla, 3/4 sugar, and pour into pie plate.
- Bake 17 minutes.
- While it's baking, combine sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar.
- Spread sour cream mixture on top of pie.
- Bake 10 more minutes.
- Cool.
