Dutch Baby Pancake
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- ground nutmeg

- full-sized food processor
- 5-quart paella pan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425
- When oven is hot, put butter in pan, and put in oven to warm up
- Mix eggs in food processor for 1 minute
- While continuing to mix, add milk slowly, then add flour a
spoonful at a time.
- Continue mixing 30 seconds more
- Remove pan from oven, quickly pour in batter, and return to oven.
- Bake until puffy and well browned -- 20 to 25 minutes.
