Orange-glazed Salmon
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds skinless salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 green onions, sliced thin
Instructions
- Heat up grill.
- Mix sauce: marmalade, oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and vinegar
- Put fish on aluminum foil, cover with sauce, and seal.
- Grill on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- After taking fish off grill, garnish with sliced onions.
