Pumpkin Pie
This crust is low-fat and healthy, making the pie a healthy, vegetable-y treat.
Ingredients
3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 can pumpkin pie mix (not just plain canned pumpkin)
1 small can evaporated milk
2 eggs
Instructions
Oven: 425 / 350
mix oats, flour, etc. in food processor
press into greased pie plate to form crust
Mix pumpkin, etc.
Bake according to instructions on pumkin can.
