Stir-Fry Sauce
Cajun-Lemon Stir-Fry Sauce
This is good with fresh green vegetables.
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- 2 teaspoons chicken buillon granules
- 2 teaspoons Joe's Stuff
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Chili-Tomato Stir-Fry Sauce
This is the latest invention -- everybody in the family likes it.
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 teaspoons chicken buillon granules
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
Basic Stir-Fry Sauce
I usually use this with vegetables: mushooms, onion, broccoli, bell
pepper, and tofu.

- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Chili-Honey Stir-Fry Sauce
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet cooking rice wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
