Vegetarian Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 12" pizza crust (e.g., Boboli)
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Oven: 375
- Combine pepper, onion, garlic powder, olive oil, and basil in mixing bowl.
- Spread on pizza crust
- Top with cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes.
Variation
For non-vegetarian pizza, add a few slices of salami underneath the veggies.
